The property is now listed for sale at a price slightly below $2.5 million, representing a modest profit compared to the $2.2 million she originally bought it for in February 2021.

 

Perched high in the untamed mountains above Beverly Hills, the 26-year-old pop music sensation made a few alterations to the property during her brief ownership. A substantial wooden gate now provides an added layer of security, separating the driveway from the main road, with cameras and an alarm system in place.

The interiors of the house, often glimpsed during Doja Cat’s engaging Instagram and TikTok live sessions, have been tastefully staged, leaving most rooms bare. The main level impresses with a combined living, dining, and family room featuring glass walls, whitewashed ceilings, and a midcentury modern-style fireplace, hinting at the house’s history dating back to the 1960s.
