Maintaining the Kardashian family tradition of keeping ex-partners in proximity, recent reports from The Sun reveаl that Tristan Thompson has invested in an expansive property, located just a short distance from Khloe Kardashian’s newly completed mansion. The NBA star secured the substantial residence for $12.5 million, with a significant portion covered by a nearly $9 million mortgage. Situated within the guard-gated Hidden Hills on a spacious 1.39-acre lot, the lavish estate signals Thompson’s choice for an extended stay.

 

Previously owned by Howard Keyes, the auto dealership tycoon behind the Keyes Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Toyota, Lexus, Hyundai, and Honda stores in Van Nuys, California, the newly constructed home boasts an East Coast classic design. Keyes had acquired the property for $9 million the same year.

The opulent residence comprises six bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, and spans over 10,000 square feet. The exterior features an expansive motorcourt with ample space for over ten cars, setting an impressive tone. Stepping into the foyer, guests encounter a grand double-height space adorned with a checkerboard black-and-white stone floor and an imposing crystal chandelier.
